HIV Data and Reports
This section contains reports on newly diagnosed HIV cases in Ireland. A weekly HIV & STI report is available since March 2013. A provisional annual HIV slide set is published on the HPSC website at the end of Quarter 1 with a more detailed annual report produced later in the year once the data have been validated and finalised. Older reports are available on request. HIV is a notifiable disease in Ireland since September 2011 and since January 2012, HIV data are collected through the Computerised Infectious Disease Reporting (CIDR) system.
