2018 RCSI/HPSC Safe Patient Care: Infection Prevention & Control Course
The ninth annual Safe Patient Care Course, which is jointly run by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC), will take place in September 2018. This year’s course is targeting frontline acute hospital staff and those with managerial responsibilities who are not infection control specialists but are interested in patient safety and wish to update their core infection prevention and control (IPC) knowledge and skills.
The course is particularly relevant for senior staff nurses, clinical nurse managers, IPC link nurses & champions, newly appointed IPCNs, NCHDs, microbiology registrars and allied health professionals.
