Ebola Virus Disease: new updated clinical assessment algorithm and risk assessment tool/form

A new updated clinical assessment algorithm and risk assessment tool/form is now available for assessing acutely ill persons with suspected Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in the acute hospital setting. This new algorithm includes:

1. Amended advice on the infection prevention and control precautions needed when assessing persons for EVD.
2. A shortened, focused EVD specific risk assessment questionnaire.
