Infection Prevention and Control Course (Campus-based or online) – University College Cork
A postgraduate certificate in health protection (infection prevention and control) is currently open for applications in University College Cork. This course is suitable for those working within the Health Services with professional qualifications or primary degrees who wish to increase their knowledge of infection prevention and control and health protection.
Students can attend the course on campus in UCC or engage with the course in an online format. The campus-based programme has Category 2 An Bord Altranais approval and this is currently being sought for the online programme. Successful completion of the certificate allows for progression to a Diploma and Masters in Public Health.
