HALT Training Questionnaire
This questionnaire is for national representatives of the Healthcare Associated infections and Antimicrobial use in European Long-Term care facilities (HALT) Point Prevalence Survey (PPS) 2010. We are looking for information on any training provided to data collectors in your country during HALT-1.
